On November 1st 2001, BCI was awarded a $31.2 million contract for engineering, technical analysis and support services in connection with assigned tasks for naval ship hull mechanical and electrical/combat support systems.
About one-third of the work will be performed in Moorestown and the former Philadelphia Navy Yard.
The work will entail onsite engineering and technical services support during construction, in-service and maintenance periods of combat support systems on destroyers, cruiser and missile frigates. The work is expected to be completed by November 2006.
