On August 5, 2002, Lockheed Martin, Moorestown, NJ awarded BCI a $2.7 million, one year contract, for advanced radar design and development, National Missile Defense Support and Aegis Combat System support for cruisers and destroyers.  BCI has been receiving additional contracts to support other weather radar, U.S. Navy and U.S. Air Force related projects from Lockheed Martin Syracuse, Sunnyville and Moorestown.  In the past seven years, Lockheed Martin has awarded BCI engineering support contracts, worth over $11 million. BCI continues to maintain a strategic relationship with Lockheed Martin to work together on future business opportunities with NOAA, the FAA and the U.S. Navy, in the areas of phased array radar for weather and tracking and command and control initiatives.
