On December 28th, 2000 the FAA William J. Hughes Technical Center (WJHTC) awarded Basic Commerce and Industries, Inc. (BCI) and its subcontractors, EnRoute Computer Solutions (ECS) and The Advanced Engineering and Services (AES) Division of ITT Industries, a 10-year Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for Test and Engineering services.
The BCI team was selected in the Small Business competitive category with a maximum value of $100 million for delivery orders over the life of the contract. The BCI team will provide technical services to support the WJHTC's activities associated with current and future Air Traffic Control (ATC) systems and other FAA initiatives.
