BCI - Moorestown (NJ) is the location of our corporate headquarters, as well as the base of support for our Senior Engineering Services to Lockheed Martin Government Electronics Systems.
BCI - Atlantic City & Washington Township (NJ) provides support to the FAA’s Technical Center with a focus on technical engineering services for system integration, requirements analysis, and testing & design of weather, communications, and computer systems. Support staff for these tasks are located in: Atlantic City International Airport, NJ; Egg Harbor Township, NJ; Elkton, MD; Gilbertsville, PA; Washington Township, NJ; and Washington, DC.
BCI - Dahlgren (VA) provides engineers and previous ship operators who, together, have a unique capability in determining future system performance parameters, primarily supporting the U.S. Navy. The systems engineering team supports the development of advanced concepts for combat systems training, maintenance, human-systems engineering, and command & control. Support staff for these tasks are located in: Arlington, VA; Dahlgren, VA; Norfolk, VA; Orlando, FL; and San Diego, CA.
BCI - Philadelphia (PA) provides services to the Naval Ship Systems Engineering Station located at the former Philadelphia Naval Base, which includes WAN/LAN operations & maintenance, and help desk support. BCI also provides onsite support in the Surface Combatant building yards, test & trail oversight, technical support in the homeport areas, corrosion control program monitoring, maintenance & overhaul period support, Post Shakedown Availability coordination, and Integrated Logistics Support. Support staff for these tasks are located in: Bath, ME; Everett, WA; Independence, MO; Moorestown, NJ; Mayport FL; Media, PA; Pensacola, FL; Philadelphia, PA; and Washington, DC.
